The space
Peach Coffee co embraces a gentle pastel peach palette throughout its interior. The space feels bright yet cozy though seating is limited which leans toward a grab and go vibe. Their other locations offer patios which fit nicely for catching up before heading outdoors. Upon entering, the scent of fresh croissants and pastries mingles with the warmth of friendly staff who often write encouraging messages on cup lids.
The food
This visit was focused on drinks so I did not try pastries but the display tempted me with freshly baked options. The hot drinks come with the typical delicate latte foam art that adds a touch of care to the experience. I look forward to trying some of their light bites on a return visit to complement their matcha offerings.
The cup
The iced matcha latte was clean and balanced–not too sweet and mainly showcasing the pure matcha with milk of choice. A bit more whisking or a hint of syrup would smooth out the mild bitterness but it highlights the quality of the tea itself. The Peach Cobbler Latte, with peach pieces and caramel drizzle, brought a welcome sweetness that made the matcha latte feel plain by comparison. It adds a unique dessert-like twist worth trying for those who prefer sweeter drinks.
